Sometimes, even after requesting a new password, a parent will report a problem logging in. These are the steps I would try with you if we were on the phone together, to find out whether your login information is "wired up" correctly.

   1. Use the “Send me my username” page (see link top left when you are not logged in). Please put in your email address, and let the site send you your username. If you get the email, then the login is correctly stored in the data, and tied to the right email. Humor me.

   2. When the email arrives with the username, if it’s the same username you were trying, then the password it sent previously should work.

One of three things will result:

   (a)   The username is the same, and the password works. (If you have already tried this, then you know this is not the case.)

   (b)   The username is different, and the password works. That would be an okay outcome. You’d be in.

   (c)   The username is different, and the password doesn’t work. If that happens, request the password once more.  Use the "send me a new password" (top left). Try the newest one always, send us an email if that one doesn't work either.

 

Reminder: you MUST enter your children in the Directory section before you can assign them shopping cart items. This step must be completed before check-out.
