Every time we send out emails, we get delivery failures from both of these domains.  If you have an email address at houstonisd.org or earthlink.net, please take steps to allow email from support@myschoolvalet.com to reach you. 

It may be better to use a different email address if you have one, so that you don't have to deal with the issue.  We will not be filling in email requests for the returned earthlink.net addresses, and we cannot insist to Houston ISD that they let our emails through. 

Earthlink users : add support@myschoolvalet.com to your whitelist.

Houston ISD: We do not have information yet on how to petition HISD to let you receive email from a specific address.  If you find out how, please let us know so that we can pass it on here.
